Defiance Vineyard was founded by the Faulkner family in 2013 along the hillsides of Creston Valley, where ideal soil, terrain, and climate create a natural home for their Bordeaux and Petite Sirah varieties. The name “Defiance” reflects both the family’s falcon symbol and the bold, independent spirit behind their women-led winery, now operated by sisters Erin, Brianna, and Vincenta. Built entirely by the family, the vineyard offers stunning Central Coast views and invites guests to experience their vision through curated tastings and tours.
